All sales are final. Once payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any order.
Why. Every product we ship is a laboratory research material. Once a vial leaves our custody we have no way to verify how it was stored, handled, or transported, so it can never be released to another researcher. Accepting it back would mean breaking the chain of custody that the batch testing on this site depends on.
Unpaid orders. Orders are placed before payment, so an order you never paid for is never charged and never ships. If you placed one by mistake, just let us know and we'll close it out.
Chargebacks. A disputed order is not separately refunded, and we reserve the right to contest the dispute using our transaction and fulfillment records on file.
